Fees and Guarantees
Direct- Hire Placement:
Our fee is contingent on the hiring of a candidate referred by our office. Fees are based upon a percentage of the first year annual compensation including base salary plus a reasonable estimate of any bonuses or commissions to be earned during the first twelve months of employment. Compensation is based on a standard 2080 hour year.
Fees apply to each referred candidate hired by the employer for a specific position or an alternate position within one year from the date of our referral. Interviewing our referred candidates constitutes agreement with these terms.
180 DAY GUARANTEE
If employment is terminated within 180 days of starting, for any reason other than elimination of position, two options are available.
Replacement - Palmer Group will provide a replacement at the same compensation level or lower for no additional charge.
Refund - Fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. The refund amount is calculated as 1/180th of the fee multiplied by the number of days remaining in the guarantee period.
All placement fees are billed upon acceptance and due within 10 calendar days of the candidate's start date. Payment within 30 days of the candidate’s start date is necessary to receive our guarantee.
Temporary and Contract Placement:
Our fee is included in an hourly bill rate, based upon the temporary or contract placement of a candidate referred by our office. If any referred candidate is employed directly or indirectly, within one year after Palmer Groups last referral, or within one year after the temporary or contract employees last day of work, Palmer Group is due a settlement/conversion fee based upon a percentage of the total first year annual compensation. Compensation is based on a standard 2080 hour year.
Temporary-to-Hire and Contract-to-Hire Placement:
To convert a Palmer Group temporary or contract employee while they are on assignment, a conversion fee is calculated based upon how long the employee has worked and the anticipated total first year annual compensation. Compensation is based on a standard 2,080 hour year. Fees apply to each Palmer Group referred temporary or contractor hired by the employer for a specific service, position or an alternate position. If any referred candidate is employed directly or indirectly, within one year after Palmer Groups last referral, or within one year after the temporary or contract employees last day of work, Palmer Group is due a settlement/conversion fee.
